Welcome to Celebration Athletic Club. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website, joining a class, or becoming a member.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends class confirmations, schedule changes, membership reminders, and customer support messages to people who have signed up, booked a class, or contacted Celebration Athletic Club through our website or forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending messages.
3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact us at info@celebrationathleticclub.com or 407-315-9251 during business hours.
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity and class schedule. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
8. Privacy Policy: Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

General Terms

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Celebration Athletic Club (“Celebration Athletic Club,” “we,” or “us”), located at 651 Front Street, Celebration, Florida 34747. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with them, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Celebration Athletic Club. Accessing the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms or to impose new conditions on use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised terms on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the terms as modified.

Memberships, Classes & Programs

Celebration Athletic Club offers boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, HYROX-style training, strength and conditioning, yoga, personal training, kids programs, summer camps, and space rental. Pricing, schedules, class descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Memberships, class packs, and program fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-transferable.
• Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or through a method we designate, in advance of your next billing date.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly stated in your agreement.
• Late arrivals, missed classes, and unused sessions may not be refunded or carried over.
• We may cancel, reschedule, or modify any class, coach, or program at our discretion.
• Free trial and drop-in offers are limited to one per person and may be withdrawn at any time.

Health, Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Physical training, including boxing, MMA, sparring, strength training, and high-intensity conditioning, involves inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for consulting a physician before starting any exercise program and for training within your own limits. You confirm that you are physically able to participate and that you will follow all coach instructions and facility rules. Participation requires you to sign our liability waiver and release before your first class. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks of participation, and Celebration Athletic Club, its owners, coaches, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, or loss of personal property arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Minors & Kids Programs

Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration and sign all waivers on their behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct of their children while at the facility and for providing accurate medical and emergency contact information. Specific terms for summer camp, Step Up For Students, and other youth programs may apply in addition to these terms.

Facility Rules & Conduct

Members and guests must treat staff, coaches, and other members with respect, use equipment properly, wear appropriate attire and protective gear, and keep the facility clean. We reserve the right to refuse service to, or remove, anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or harassing. Photos and video may be taken at the facility and at events for promotional purposes; please let us know in writing if you wish to opt out.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Limited License to You: This Site and all materials on it, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and video, are the property of Celebration Athletic Club and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit, or distribute any material from the Site. You may download or print one copy of individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices.

Your License to Us: By posting or submitting any material (including comments, reviews, social media posts, photos, and videos) to us through the Site or other digital channels, you represent that you own the material or have the necessary permissions. You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, transmit, distribute, and publicly display such material.

Registration & Passwords

To access certain features, such as member login, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at info@celebrationathleticclub.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership or your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms, put the safety of others at risk, or engaged in conduct we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it. Termination does not relieve you of any fees owed.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with its effective date.
